I, Curtis L. Beaumont, of Shippensburg, Franklin County, Perrn~lvani~,,: . __
being of sound mind and memory, revoke all wills and codicils, as v~ll as all- ~-''
other instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me, and declare
the following to be my last will and testament.
ITEM 1. I direct my executrix, hereinafter named, to pay my funeral
expenses as soon after my death as shall be convenient.
ITEM 2. If there is a list attached to this will signed and dated by me,
the items on such iist shail be given by my executrix io the individuals
indicated on the list.
ITEM 3. I give and bequeath to my spouse, Deborah A. Beaumont, all
my interest in the businesses presently known as Pro Moving & Storage, Inc.
and Beaumont Holdings, LLC, and any successor organizations.
ITEM 4. I give and bequeath all of my automobiles, clothing, and
other purely personal effects, as well as all household goods and equipment
which I may own, together with any policies of insurance thereon, to my
spouse, Deborah A. Beaumont, provided she survives me by sixty (60) days.
ITEM 5. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property and estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever
kind and wheresoever situated, of which I shall die seized or possessed, or of
which I shall be entitled to dispose of at the time of my death, to my spouse,
Deborah A. Beaumont, provided she survives me by sixty (60) days.

all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in equal shares, to my children,
Jeffrey L. Beaumont, Brian M. Beaumont and Jennifer N. Rotz, or to the
survivor(s) of them.
ITEM 7. I nominate, constitute and appoint my spouse, Deborah A.
Beaumont, executrix of this my last will and testament. If my spouse fails to
qualify or ceases to act for any reason, I appoint my daughter, Jennifer N.
Rotz, executrix in her stead. I direct that my executrix shall not be required to
give any bond or security conditioned upon the faithful discharge of her duties
as such executrix. I confer upon my executrix full power and authority,
without the order of any court, to sell any of my real estate of which I may die
seized, and to make good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same to the
purchaser or purchasers thereof. I direct that Finucane Law Office LLP be
engaged to represent the executrix in the administration of my estate.
ITEM 8. I direct that any and all inheritance, estate, succession and
other death taxes of whatever nature, by whatever jurisdiction imposed, and
interest and penalties, in respect thereto, assessed against my estate and
payable by reason of my death with respect to any and all property, life
insurance and other interests as part of my estate for death tax purposes,
whether or not such property or interests passes under this my will or any
codicil thereto, shall not be apportioned, but shall be paid, without
reimbursement as if such taxes were administration expenses, at such tune or
times as my executor shall deem advisable from the then general principal of
my residuary estate.
