MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The names of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Garrett L. Heishman, Sr.,
and Geraldine C. Heishman.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1812 Heishman Gardens, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. l4 0o Pp A-qy

The lien is claimed for installation of a sewer lateral consistent with a written agreement between
the parties and is claimed in the amount of $754.93, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Sixteen Hundred Twenty (81620.00)

and cont-ey to the said grantees, their heirs and assigns,
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in North Niidaleton
Township, Cumberl?,_id County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Township Road
which leaves the Carlisle to New Bloomfield State Highway, near
the Reservoir of the Borough of Carlisle, which said point is at
the southwestern corner of the home property of the grantors herein;
thence by the center of the said Township Road in a southerly
direction 300 feet, more or less, to a point at lands of R. H.
Baldwin; thence by lands of said Baldwin, south 83 degrees 202 feet
to a point; thence by other lands of the grantors herein, north
7 degrees east 300 feet to a point at the home property of the
grantors herein; thence by the home property of the grantors herein,
north 83 degrees west 205 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning in the center of the aforementioned Township RJad.
Under and subject to the following building and use
restrictions:
1. The above described lot shall be used for residential
purposes only.
2. No dwelling house shall be erected on said lot of ground
which shall cost less than x8500,00 based on building costs as of
January 1, 1955.
3. No garage or other structure shal- be used for temporary
living purposes nor may any trailer be maintained on the above
described lot.
Being part of that certain tract of land which Benjamin
Brymesser, by deed dated July 10, 1944, and entered for recor:; in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for said Cumberland
County in Deed Book "T", vol. 12, page 133, granter. and conveyed to
George E. Henry and Firn V. Henry, his wife, the grant.;rs herein.
