MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM

The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this lien is filed is Teri Ilgen n/k/a Teri Paran,
8 Hope Terrace, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 8 Hope Terrace, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for installation of a sewer lateral consistent with a written agreement between
the parties and is claimed in the amount of 571.55, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

along the West along Lots Nos. 113 and 114 on said Plan, containing 114.86 feet
along the North along the land now or formerly of Hooke, Lebo & Hooke, and
containing 180 feet along the East along land now or formerly of Hooke, Lebo &
Hooke.
BEING improved with a seven room split-level dwelling with one car garage known
as 8 Hope Terrace, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.

SUBJECT to a drainage easement as shown on said Plan.
BEING SUBJECT to the Building and Use Restrictions as recorded in the Office
aforesaid in Miscellaneous Book No. 184 at Page 763.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Cynthia M. Dyda by her deed dated August
26, and recorded August 27, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book M Volume 36, Page 498
granted and conveyed unto Teri Doyle, a single woman, Grantor herein.
