SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
02/17/2011 12:55 PM - Shawn Harrison, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on
February 17, 2011 at 1250 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the
defendant, to wit: Westhafer Auto & Truck Repair, by making known unto Steven Westhafer, at 71 Silver
Crown Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050 its contents and at the same time
handing to him personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution,
the defendant advised Deputy Harrison that the business had gone out of business and that there are no
assets for the business. Deputies did meet Westhafer at the business and levied upon two forklifts.
03/09/2011 On Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at 0950 hours, a property claim was filed by Steve E. Westhafer. All
parties notified by mail this date.
03/18/2011 Reference is made to Property Claim dated March 9, 2011, entered by Steve E. Westhafer, Writ of
Execution No. 2011-900 Civil Term, Steven Everett vs Westhafer Truck & Auto, Inc.
Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, has determined that the claimant, Steve E. Westhafer, in the above
mentioned property claim, is the owner of the property set forth in the claim.
