AND NOW, this 3~d day of February, 2011, upon consideration of the Petition for
Citation to Account, Paul M. Mosher's Answer to the Petition, the Petitioner's Objections
to Accounting, and Paul M. Mosher's Answer to the Objections to Accounting; and the
Court noting that argument in this matter is scheduled for March 1, 2011, at 2:30 p.m.,
each party shall file a legal brief in the matter on or before February 23, 2011. In
addition to any other legal issues the parties feel relevant the briefs shall address the
following:
1. What is the affect of 20 Pa.C.S.A. §772(b) and (c) on the sale of stock
between Paul Mosher as trustee and his wife Jean?
2. Does the revocation of the "S" status regarding Security Savings
System, Inc. have any affect on the trust in question?
3. Does the shareholder's agreement prevent revocation of the "S"
status?
4. Has a valuation of the stock of Securities Savings System, Inc. been
completed?
