WHEREAS DUSTIN E. KENDALL AND JAIMEE i KENDALL entered into a contract with
DUSTIN E, KENDALL AND L
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated F)LI-I1 and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Dustin E. Kendall and Jaimee S. Kendall.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and fot the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Asspnibly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the southern corner of Lot 34 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates, thence along the western right-of-way
line of Walleye Drive South 39 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds West 100.00 feet to a set
iron pin, thence along Lot 32 North 50 degrees 13 minutes 28 seconds West 169.28 feet
to a set iron pin, thence along lands now or formerly of Wayne K. Wilhide and Edithanne
M. Beyer North 39 degrees 54 minutes 18 seconds East 100.00 feet to a set iron pin,
thence along Lot 34 South 50 degrees 13 minutes 28 seconds East 169.05 feet to a set
iron pin, said pin being the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 0.3883 Acres
Lot 33 being subject to a sanitary sewer easement and a stormwater easement as shown
on the referenced plan.
