WHEREAS, DIANE C. McARDLE of 23 Charisma Drive, Camp Hill, PA 1701 r a to y.
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with ARTISTECH, INC., of 6 East Red Gehl C *le,
Camp Hill, PA 17011, for the erection of a building upon premises commonly known as Lot E-14
Floribunda Heights also known as 4 East Red Gold Circle, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated January 7 , 2011, at Instrument No. to
2011 , in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically
described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, January 5 , 2011, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by
Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the northern right-of-way line of East Red Gold
Circle (50-foot right-of-way) at the dividing line between Lots E-15 and E-14; thence along the
eastern boundary line of Lot E-15, North 05 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of
146.28 feet to a point on the southern boundary line of Lot E-27, thence along the southern
boundary line of Lots E-27 & E-28, North 85 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of
111.92 feet to a point at the northwest corner of Lot E-13; thence along the western boundsary
line of Lot E-13, South 09 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 172.45 feet to a
point on the right of way line of East Red Gold Circle; thence along East Red Gold Circle,
North 80 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 81.50 feet to a point on the right of
way line of East Red Gold Circle, thence along same said East Red Gold Circle by a curve to the
left having a radius of 220.00 feet and an arc length of 16.27 feet to a point , the point and place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. E-14 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Floribunda, Phase I, Section 9 and
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 90, Page 40-B.
