The Decedent's interest in Real Property was $162,000.00 at the time of his death said
interest being in the property located at 2258 Pine Road, Newville, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. The property was subsequently sold through issuance of a Sheriffs Deed
following a foreclosure sale in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. There were
no proceeds from the sale after the payment of all liens.
The total value of the decedent's personal property is less than $25,000.00 as listed below:

faithfully discharged the duties of her office; that the foregoing First and Einal Account is
true and correct and fully discloses all significant transactions occurring during the
accounting period; that all known claims against the estate for which there are adequate
funds have or will be paid in full upon court approval and that to her knowledge, there
are no claims outstanding again the Estate.
