I was appointed guardian ad litem for Beyance Phillips and Ryan Phillips in the
above-captioned matter by Judge Hess of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County on October 16, 2008. Beyance and Ryan are great grandchildren of the
decedent, and their father, Linwood B. Phillips, IV, is deceased.
I write in regards to the Executor's Petition for Authority to Settle and
Compromise the Claims of Alice R. Phillips Against the Estate which is pending before
you. Please accept this letter as my concurrence in the Executor's Petition.
