NOTICE RECONFIRMING PREVIOUS NOTICE OF AUDITOR'S HEARING
An informal request was made by one of the objectors, specifically, Robert M. Mumma, II,
to continue the Auditor's Hearing which was Noticed to the parties on January 11, 2011 setting the
hearing dates for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, March 14 through 18, 2011
beginning at 8:30 A.M. and continuing until 4:30 P.M. each day in the Second Floor Court Room,
Old Cumberland County Courthouse, corner of High and Hanover Streets, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
That request is denied and the Auditor's Hearing shall proceed as previously noticed.
