Dear Sir,
Reference is made to Sheriff's Sale dated June 7, 2001, and pertaining to Writ of
Execution No. 2001-2145, Judgement No. 2001-2145 Civil Term, Clyde Barrick vs Gretchen
McCleod, at Rocky Meadows Golf Course, 399 Allen Road, Carisle, Cumberland County,
County, Pennsylvania 17013.
On April 11,2001 the above execution was issued by the Cumberland County
Prothonotary's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania with instruction to levy on a 1985 Jeep
Stationwagon, Vin No. 1JCWB78010FT140355, title owner Gretchen McCleod. On April 19,
2001 said execution was served upon David Lewis, Employee for Rocky Meadows Golf Course,
Garnishee, at 399 Allen Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, at which time
the abovementioned vehicle was levied upon. On April 20, 2001 the Garnishee, Rocky
Meadows Golf Course, was notified of this levy by mailing said execution to 399 Allen Road,
Carlisle, PA 17013.
On May 17, 2001, Sheriff Sale Bills, with sale scheduled for Thursday June 7, 2001 at
11'00 A.M., were posted on the abovementioned vehicle at 399 Allen Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
At 11:00 A.M., June 7, 2001 the vehicle was offered for public sale at 399 Allen Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania at which time it was sold to Clyde Barrick, 2660 Walnut Bottom Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 for the sum of $1.00 plus sheriff's costs, which was the highest bid
received.
