Mansbarger ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 428 Prowell Drive Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1848 Parcel No: 168 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from April 1, 2010 to February 1, 2011. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended.
