No local inventory has been filed. 7. A state inheritance tax return was filed January 2003, showing no inheritance tax due, being a deficit estate. 8. This claim is for restitution of medical assistance granted on behalf of the decedent for which the Probate Estate is now responsible to reimburse the Department according to Act 49, 62 P.S. 1412, effective August 15, 1994, as amended by Act 20-95, effective June 30, 1995. Zf any tax due is paid aithin three (3) calendar months after the decedant's death, a five percent (eX) discount of the tax paid is allowed. The ISZ tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same time period as you mould appeal the tax and interest that has been assessed as indicated on this notice. INTEREST: Interest is charged beginning aith first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of death, to the date of payment.
