Donald R. Bachman, the sum of $32,349.27 which is my full share of said Estate.
I therefore release and forever discharge the said Evelyn R. Houseal, individually and as
Executrix said estate, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all actions, duties,
claims and demands whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Evelyn R. Houseal upon application and without further
notice to me.
AND I the undersigned, in consideration of said payment and transfer, do hereby agree,
upon written request of the Executrix to refund to the said Estate pro-rata whatever assets, in
kind or in cash, that may be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate.

acknowledge that I have this date received from Evelyn R. Houseal, Executrix of the Estate of
Donald R. Bachman, the sum of $32,349.27 which is my full share of said Estate.
I therefore release and forever discharge the said Evelyn R. Houseal, individually and as
Executrix said estate, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all actions, duties,

Executrix said estate, her heirs, executors and administrators, of and from all actions, duties,
claims and demands whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
And I hereby consent and agree that the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, may discharge the said Evelyn R. Houseal upon application and without further
