Dear Ms. Strasbaugh:
Enclosed please find the Certification of Notice to beneficiary, which I have failed to file due to
my oversight.
I am in the process of compiling estate expenses and will file and pay inheritance tax, if due in the
near future. There is just one asset of the estate, which is an insurance policy. Collection of that
asset has been completed and once expenses are calculated, I will be filing the return. Processing
the estate was initially delayed due to some uncertainty as to claiming the insurance proceeds, as
the ultimate surviving beneficiary is the heir of the original named policy beneficiary.
