I direct the expenses of my last illness, funeral and burial shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after my death. 2. I give and bequeath my two (2) glass vases to my son, Roger D, Keefer. 3. I give and bequeath my clock, stereo, and all pictures hanging on the wall of my home to my daughter, Leeona K. Moretz. 4. I give and bequeath my two (2) patch blankets made by Harry Keefer to my daughter, Sheila M. Graham. 5. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate to my three (3) children, Roger D. Keefer, Sheila M. Graham and Leeona K. Moretz, in equal shares. 6. I direct that in the distribution of my estate under Paragraph 5 above, the share of my son, Roger D. Keefer, shall be charged with an advancement of eighteen hundred ($1,800.00) dollars representing a sum of money that I have previously given to him. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Roger D. Keefer, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If he fails to act or ceases to serve, I appoint my daughter, Sheila M. Graham, as Executrix in his place with the same powers and duties.
