CODICIL
TO MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
On 7/23/02 Alan Sweger asked me to loan him $5,000.00 for a period of ninety (90)
days. Up until now this money has not been paid back. In order to keep everything fair
And equal, I believe the following should take place.
In the event of my death, if this remains unpaid, the amount of the loan ($5,000.00)
should be deducted from the share of the estate due to June Sweger, his wife, and added
to the share due to Betty Leader.
Since these are the last remaining members of my immediate family, I believe this
is the easiest solution.
In witness whereofI have executed this codicil this 27th day of November, 2002.
