FIRST. PAULL, JR., and JANET E. PAULL, share and share alike, absolutely and in fee simple. If either of my said children should predecease me and leave Lawful issue to survive me, I order and direct that the foregoing share or part of my residuary estate attributable to such deceased child shall be distributed unto the lawful issue of said deceased child per stirpes by representation and not per capita. FOURTH. I order and direct that the distributive shares of all OFFICER .BAKER. & FLICKER beneficiaries hereunder who have not attained the age of twenty-two (22) years at the time for said distribution shall be paid over and delivered unto THE FIRST BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF MECHANICSBURG, r" M PENNSYLVANIA, as my testamentary trustee, in separate trusts for each such distributee, nevertheless, to hold, manage, invest and reinvest for and until said respective beneficiaries shall attain the age of twenty-two (22) years, said Trustee to have discretionary power and authority to use, expend and apply such amounts of both income from and principal of said trust from time to time as the Trustee shall deem necessary and proper for the maintenance, support and education (includ- ing post-high school education) of said respective beneficiaries, and as each such beneficiary attains the age of twenty-two (22) years, I order and direct the respective trusts to be terminated and the then remaining net balances thereof, if any, shall be distributed unto the respective beneficiaries, absolutely,-freed and discharged from said trust. LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, THOMAS H. PAULL, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, but if fo any reason he should fail to qualify as such Executor or cease so to serve, then and in that event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my two (2) children, namely, THOMAS H. PAULL, JR., and JANET E. PAULL, to be th Executors hereof, each and all to serve without bond. If either of my said children should fail to qualify as my personal representative here- under or cease so to serve, I order and direct that the one so qualify- ing or remaining shall serve as my sole personal representative hereunder IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, HAZEL M.
