AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, by and through its attorneys, :Fulton, Friedman & Gullace, LLP,
and files this Complaint and in support avers as follows:
1. Plaintiff is the current owner of, and/or successor to, the obligation sued upon, and was assigned all
rights, title and interest to defendant's CITIBANK account XXXXXXXXXXXX1310 (ASSET
ACCEPTANCE LLC Number 40955002) (hereinafter "the account").
2. Upon information and belief, Defendant(s), R KULP , has a last known address(es) of: 568
VALLEY ST SUMN ERDALE PA 17093
3. Upon information and belief, the account is based on a written credit agreement entered into
between Defendant and the original grantor; as provided to Plaintiff, the material terms of the
agreement applicable to accounts issued by CITIBANK are attached hereto.
4. Upon information and belief, defendant(s) used or authorized the use of the account to obtain loans
from the original credit grantor for the purpose of obtaining goods, and/or services and/or cash advances.
5. Defendant(s) failed to make full payment of the amount owed on the account.
6. Upon information and belief, the last payment posted to the account on 04/08/2008.
7. The account shows that the Defendant(s) owe(s) a balance of $13402.09.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable Court enter Judgment in favor of the
Plaintiff and against Defendant(s) in the amount of $13402.09, plus costs of this action, and any other
relief as this Court deems just and reasonable.

1. Denied. After reasonable investigation, Defendant is without knowledge
sufficient to form a belief as to the truth of the averment. Proof of same is required at trial.
2. Admitted. By way of further answer, the full name of the defendant is Rose Kulp.
3. Admitted in part, Denied in Part. It is admitted that Defendant had an account
with Citibank. After reasonable investigation, Defendant lacks knowledge as to whether the
terms attached as Exhibit A relate to her contract with Citibank. Proof of same, as well as an
actual copy of Defendant's card agreement with Citibank, is demanded at trial.
4. Admitted.
5. Denied. It is denied that Defendant did not make the payments required by
Citibank.
6. Denied. It is denied that the last payment posted to the account was April 8,
2008. The last payment in full satisfaction of the Defendant's plan through Consumer Credit and
Debt Counseling, Inc., which plan was accepted by Citibank, was made in April, 2009, when
said plan was paid in full.
7. Denied. It is denied that any funds are due and owing to Citibank since
Defendant fully satisfied the repayment plan through Consumer Credit and Deb Counseling, Inc,
which plan had been accepted by Citibank.
WHEREFORE, Defendant requests this action be dismissed with all costs incurred by
Defendant in defense hereof being paid to Defendant by Plaintiff.
