AND NOW, this 9th day of February, 2011, upon after hearing testimony on the Petition to
Admit Copy of Original Will to Probate, filed by Robert R. Suders, thought his attorney, Marcus A.
McKnight, III, Esquire, and the burden of proof having been met, the document purported to be a
photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of Martha S. Suders, deceased, is admitted to probate.
Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Robert R. Suders.
Robert R. Suders shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
