provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~rr[ dayof ~¢ ,2004, upon
consideration of the attached Custody Concil~t~o~ Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1. The Mother, Yarira Torres and the Father, Charles R. Hancock, shall have
shared legal custody of Darius Hancock, bom September 12, 2003. Each party shall have
an equal right, to be exercised jointly with the other party, to make all major non-
emergency decisions affecting the Child's general well-being including, but not limited
to, all decisions regarding his health, education and religion.
2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child.

Father shall have periods of partial physical custody of the Child as
A. Beginning September 3, 2004, alternating weekends from Friday at
8:00 p.m. to Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Said weekends shall be extended to
Monday at 5:00 p.m. when Father also lms physical custody on a Monday
holiday, such as Labor Day and Memorial Day.
B. One evening per week as agreed by the parties.
C. Such other times as the parties agree.
4. Mother shall have physical custody of the Child on Mother's Day from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Father shall have physical custody of the Child on Father's Day
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5. The parties shall share physical custody of the Child on Thanksgiving
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mother shall always have the
earlier time and Father shall always have the later time, unless otherwise agreed.
6. The Christmas Holiday shall be divided into two Blocks. Block A shall be
from 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve to 12:00 noon Christmas Day. Block B shall be from
Christmas Day at 12:00 noon to December 26 at 12:00 noon. Mother shall have physical
custody of the child during Block A in even numbered years and Block B in odd
numbered years. Father shall have physical custody of the child during Block A in odd
numbered years and Block B in even numbered years.
7. Labor Day, Memorial Day and July 4th shall be alternated by the parties
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning with Father having Labor Day, 2004.
8. Father shall always have physical custody of the child on Easter from 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
9. Transportation shall be shared such that the parties shall exchange custody
at Saylor's in Newville.
10. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties at a Custody
Conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of this Order by mutual
consent. In the absence of mutual consent, the terms of this Order shall control.
