MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
1. The Claimant is Eisenhart Crane Service, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability
company, which has an office and place of business at 2700 Water Street, York, York County,
Pennsylvania 17403. Claimant files this claim as a Sub-Contractor,
2, The Owners of the real estate on which the improvement is located and against
which this claim is filed are David F, McClure and Sheryl L. McClure, adult individuals who
reside at 22 Eighth Street, New Cwnberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070,
3, The last day Claimant supplied labor and equipment was March 11,2004,
4, The party with whom Claimant contracted was Abbottstown Pole Building, Inc.,
which has an office and place of business at 7690 Altland A venue, Abbottstown, P A 17301.
Notice of Claimant's intention to file this lien was given to the Owners by first class certified
mail on June 9, 2004, a true and correct copy of which is attached and made a part hereof as
Exhibit A.
5, The labor and equipment furnished by Claimant was a 40 ton crane and operator
necessary for the erection and construction of a pole building on Owners' premises, the kind and
character of which and the prices charged are more fully itemized and described in the invoice
attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit B.

6. As shown on Exhibit B, the total value of the labor and equipment supplied by
Claimant was $2,670.20, which sum remains due and owing
7. The premises on which the improvement is located is known as 22 Eighth Street,
New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Tax Parcel No. 26-24-0811-429, being
more fully described in the Deeds recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 138, page 495, and in Deed Book 164, page
63, copies of which are attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit C.
8, This lien is claimed against the interest of the Owners in the aforesaid premises.
WHEREFORE, Claimant claims to have a lien upon the premises herein described in the
sum of $2,670.20, plus interest and costs of suit.

This will advise that Eisenhart Crane Service, LLC, which has a mailing address of PO
Box 2843, York, PA 17405, is the entity which provided the crane service to your contractor,
Abbottstown Pole Builders, sometimes known as Abbottstown Pole Buildings, Inc., for the
improvements to your property at 22 Eighth Street, New Cumberland, P A 17070. The
equipment and labor furnished by Eisenhart Crane Service was last supplied on March 11, 2004,
and the sum of $2,670.20 is presently due and owing to Eisenhart Crane Service, LLc. for the
equipment and labor it supplied to the project.
This letter will constitute formal notice that Eisenhart Crane Service, LLC, intends to file
a mechanics' lien claim against property owned by you ifit is not paid for this work.
