In the event that my said son is unable or unwilling to serve as Ex'ec~tor, I appoint THE BRETHREN HOME OF NEW OXFORD, PENNSYLVANIA or its Chief Executor Cbffcer to be Executor in his place and stead. In the event that the HOME in its own capacity is unable td gti~lify to receive Letters Testamentary, then I appoint its CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER to serve ~s my Executor. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the ~tegister of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate.
