I, ~i'IVIAN E. TAYLOR, of 640 Erford Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania 17011, being of sound mind and memory, hereby revoke and declare null and void any and
all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me, and do make, publish, and declare this to be my Last Will y

and Testament.
F1RST
I direct my Executor or Executrix to pay my just debts, the expenses of my last illness, and my
funeral expenses from the property passing under this Will as an expense and cost of administering my
estate, as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath all that I possess in the world, including both real and personal
property, to my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, provided he survives me by thirty (30) days.
TFIIRD
Should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)
days, I direct that my father-in-law's diamond ring be given to PAUL L. TAYLOR, of Cornwall,
Pennsylvania I further direct that, should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to
survive me by thirty (30) days, my diamond ring be given to my daughter, DEBORAH E. SGRIGNOLI,
of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and my mother's tear-drop opal pendant be given to my daughter, JOAN M.
NAUGLE, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

FOURTH
Should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)
days, I direct that my cemetery lots be given to the eldest surviving child or child of a deceased child who
indicates a desire for those cemetery lots.

Should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)

days, I direct that my home be held in a separate trust by DEBORAH E. SGRIGNOLI as Trustee for a
', period to serve so long as the conditions set forth below are met. If DEBORAH E. SGRIGNOLI is unable
or unwilling to serve as Trustee, I nominate, constitute, and appoint PAUL L. TAYLOR to serve as First
Alternate Trustee instead. If PAUL L. TAYLOR is unable or unwilling to serve as First Alternate Trustee,
I nominate, constitute, and appoint BARBARA E. SPENCER of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to serve as
Second Alternate Trustee instead. In the event that BARBARA E. SPENCER is unable or unwilling to
serve as Second Alternate Trustee, I nominate, constitute, and appoint JOAN M. NAUGLE of
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to serve as Third Alternate Trustee instead. The conditions establishing the
term of this Trust are as follows:
(1) The Trustee must live in the home as his or her principal residence;
(2) The Trustee must accept personal responsibility and pay for all taxes, maintenance,
repairs, utilities, assessments, and such similar expenses as are necessary to maintain the
property in good condition, and maintain a homeowner's insurance plan with a reputable
insurance company to the extent of the replacement value of the property;
(3) The Trustee may not utilize the property as security for any form of indebtedness; and
(4) The Trustee must not take any action, or fail to take any action, which might constitute
a waste of the property.
I further direct that no Trustee shall be required to give or post bond for the faithful performance
of the Trustee's duties in this or any other jurisdiction.

SIXTH
Should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)
days, I direct that the remainder of my estate be given in equal shares to my children, or children of
deceased children, per capita by generation, provided that they survive me by thirty (,'30) days.
SEVENTH
Any devise or distribution under this, my Last Will and Testament, which is payable to any
'~ beneficiary who may be under eighteen (18) years of age, shall be held in a separate trust by DEBORAH
E. SGRIGNOLI as Trustee until such beneficiary reaches eighteen (18) years of age. If DEBORAH E.
SGRIGNOLI is unable or unwilling to serve as Trustee, I nominate, constitute, and appoint PAUL L.

TAYLOR to serve as First Alternate Trustee instead. If PAUL L. TAYLOR is unable or unwilling to serve
as First Alternate Trustee, I nominate, constitute, and appoint BARBARA E. SPENCER to serve as
Second Alternate Trustee instead. In the event that BARBARA E. SPENCER is unable or unwilling to
serve as Second Alternate Trustee, I nominate, constitute, and appoint JIMNIIE B. and JOAN M.
NAUGLE to serve as Third Alternate Trustees instead.
j ~ During the term of any trust created pursuant to this paragraph, the trustee is authorized to
expand and apply so much of the net income and principal of each such trust as the trustee shall consider
~ it advisable for the health, maintenance, support, education (including college education, graduate school),

j purchase of a residence, or payment of debts preexisting my death for each such beneficiary until he or
she attains eighteen (18) years of age, or until all such amounts are paid out of trust.
I direct that no trustee shall be required to give or post bond for the faithful performance of the
trustee's duties in this or any other jurisdiction.
EIGHTH
It is further my desire that my Executor or Executrix, after consultation with any heir or heirs
of mine who survive me, and in his, her, or its own discretion, choose such articles from my tangible
personal property (exclusive of cash, stock certificates, bonds, and all other tangible evidences of intangible
personal property) as he, she, or it believes will be useful to such heir, family member, friend, or personal

acquaintance, or desirable for such person to have, either from a sentimental point of view or otherwise;
and to deliver such articles to such person, or among such heirs in equal or unequal shares as determined
by the further exercise of his, her, or its discretion. Any such distribution shall be taken into account at
its current fair market value in regards to the final disposition of the assets of my estate. While my
Executor or Executrix is obligated to consult with any heir or heirs of mine who survive me, it is my
intention that my Executor or Executrix be given sole discretion with respect to the distribution of these
items of tangible personal property.
NINTH
I name and appoint my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, Executor of this, my Last Will and
Testament. Should my husband, ROBERT B. TAYLOR, predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)
days, I name and appoint DEBORAH E. SGRIGNOLI as First Alternate Executrix instead. If DEBORAH
E. SGRIGNOLI is unable or unwilling to serve as First Alternate Executrix, I nominate, constitute, and
appoint PAUL L. TAYLOR to serve as Second Alternate Executor instead. If PAUL L. TAYLOR is unable
or unwilling to serve as Second Alternate Executor, I nominate, constitute, and appoint BARBARA E.
SPENCER to serve as Third Alternate Executrix instead. In the event that BARBARA E. SPENCER is
unable or unwilling to serve as Third Alternate Executrix, I nominate, constitute, and appoint JOAN M.
