I, ELIZABETH D. SNOVER, being duly sworn according to law, upon his oath, deposes and says:
1. I am counsel for Petitioner Daren D. Anderson in the above matter.
2. On the 18th day of February, 2011, I personalty served upon Lewie B. Anderson at the
Golden Living Center, 770 Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and offered to read to him the
Petition to adjudicate him to be incompetent and to appoint a guardian for his person and his estate, the
renewed Citation issued pursuant thereto'by the Clerk of the Orphans' Court, and the Order rescheduling the
hearing.
