To whom it may concern,
I was informed by court staff that in order to schedule a video
teleconference to obtain a marriage license due to my fiance being incarcerated at SCI
SMITHFIELD I needed to petition the court to use the video conference equipment.
The request is being presented to said jurisdiction due to the fact that Pennsylvania Law
states that a marriage license acquired in any county is permissible to be used anywhere in the
state of Pennsylvania.
These documents were created for me by a third party so I may not have to endure the
cost of an attorney.
These exact documents (w/ name changes) have been used and accepted by President
Judge Thomas F. Burke, Jr. and the Luzerne County Courts, so I am anticipating that they will be
approved and acceptable also the Honorable Judge, Kevin A. Hess.
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Respectfully,
ns ancia Mendoza-Gask'
