'~`, ' EVELYN R. BLESSLEY, of the Township of Upper Allen,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
T direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently
done.
2.
I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate be liquidated and converted into cash, and for this purpose,
T authorize and empower my Executrices, hereinafter named, to sell
any and all real estate which T may own at t'he time of my decease,
as well as my personal property, at either public or private sale
or sales.
After my estate has thus been converted into cash, and
upon payment of all my just obligations, the expenses of administra-
tion of my estate, a.nd all inheritance and succession taxes, I
direct that my entire residuary estate then :remaining, be divided
into four (I~) equal shares and that the same be distributed and
paid out as follows:

(a) T give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to
my daughter, CYNT?3TA A. WARNER.
(b) T give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to
my daughter, DEBRA L. SPARKS.
(c) T give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to
my daughter, ELLEN L. P•~RrILL.
(d) T give and bequeath one (1) such equal share to my
grandchildren who are living at the time of my
death, share and share alike, and in the event that
any or all of my said grandchildren are under the
age of eighteen (18) years at such time, T direct
that their respective shares in my estate be placed
in an interest bearing account with a local banking
institution until such time as they attain the age of
eighteen (18) years, at which time the same shall be
distributed and paid over to them absolutely and
unconditionally
LASTLY, T nominate, constitute and appoint my three (3)
daughters, CY'NTHTA A. ti~IARNER, DEBRA L. SPARK;3 and ELLEPd L.
MERRILL, Co-Executrices of this my Last Will and Testament, and
T direct that they be excused from posting bond or other security
for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
