Secured Party as Lessor, and Debtor as Lessee, have entered into or will enter into one or more
equipment lease agreements, including but not limited to Master Lease Agreement No. 02427 and
Schedule of Leased Equipment No. 02427-004 and related documents under which Secured Party
shall lease to Debtor the items of equipment including, but not limited to, Equipment described
from time to time in such documents. This Financing Statement covers all of Debtor's now
existing and hereafter acquired right, title and interest in and to such leased equipment, all general
intangibles related thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds and products including, but not
limited to, insurance proceeds of the foregoing, and all additions and accessions thereto,
substitutions therefor and replacements thereof.
The filing of this financing statement is precautionary only and shall not be construed as evidence
of the intent of the parties to enter into any transaction other than that of a lease.
