DANIEL T. THAU, with an address of 139 S. York Road, Dillsburg, York County,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Owner", have entered into a contract with HART
DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with an address of 5154
Kylock Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "Contractor",
for the erection of a residential dwelling upon land of Owner having an address of Lot 5, The
Village at Fair Oaks, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly
bounded and described in Deed dated June 30, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 275, Page 2072.
NOW, this 11th day of February, 2011, before any authority has been given by the said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials
for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against said property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the installation and construction of said improvements, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Contractor and Owner on the day
above written.
