AMY KOCH and DALLAS CONRAD, Defendants IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA : 2011 - MLD MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM 1 The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name of the owners of the property against which this lien is filed are Amy Koch and Dallas Conrad, 1875 Aeronca Street, Carlisle, North Middleton Township, Pennsylvania 17013. 3 A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1875 Aeronca Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. Taylor, a married person, by his deed dated May 11, 2001 and recorded May 18, 2001 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania in Record Book 244, Page 957, granted and conveyed unto Daniel J. Taylor and Lori Taylor, his wife, the Grantors herein. Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses, rights, liberties, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining; and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; And Also all the estate, right, title, interest, use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in equity, or, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
