North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for water and sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its
claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name of the owner of the property against which this lien is filed is Letort Property Solutions
LLC, 39 Prickley Pear Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 1900 Spring Road, Carlisle, North Middleton Township,
Pennsylvania 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. Pj- 441

The lien is claimed for unpaid water and sewer user fees against the above-described property in the
amount of $861.14, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

MADE THE day of November. in the year two thousand eight (2008)
BETWEEN THOMAS E. MYERS AND MOLLY S. MYERS, husband and wife,
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and ROBERT J. MARSH AND AMY MARSH,
husband and wife, of Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania hereinafter called Grantor,
AND
LETORT PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC., of Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called Grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Thirty Five Thousand and no/100 ($235,000.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United
States of America, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the said Grantor does grant
and convey unto the said Grantees, its successors and assigns;
ALL that certain tract of land situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Carlisle to New Bloomfield State
Highway, known as Pennsylvania Route No. 34, where the same intersects the southern line of
Wagner Street as the same is shown on Plan No. 4 of Schlusser Village, recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 7, Page 39; thence in a
westerly direction along the southern line of Wagner Street, a distance of One Hundred Fifty-
Two and eight-tenths (152.8) feet to a point in line of Lot No. 69 as shown on said Plan No. 4 of
Schlusser Village; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern line of said Lot No. 69, a
distance of One Hundred Fifty and five-tenths (150.5) feet to a point in line of land now or
former{}, of G. Beam; thence in a easterly direction along the line of land now or formerly of G.
Beam, a distance of One hundred Fifty-three (153) feet to a point in the center line of said
Pennsylvania Route No. 34; thence along the center line of s aid Pennsylvania Route No. 34, a

distance of One I [undred Forty-Two and three-tenths (142.3) feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No 1, 2, 3, and the southern portion of Lot No. 4 as shown on Plan No.
1 of Schlusser Village which Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 7, Page 5.
BEING the same property which Richard H. Swartz and Mary L. Swartz granted and
conveyed to Thomas E. Myers and Molly S. Myers, his wife and Robert J. Marsh, single man, by
deed dated July 15, 1999 and recorded in theoffice of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Deed Book 203, Page 1000. Robert J. Marsh has since married Amy Marsh. Amy
Marsh joins in this conveyance to relinquish any potential interest she may have in said
transaction.
AND the said Grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
