MYERS AND MOLLY S. MYERS, husband and wife, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and ROBERT J. BEING the same property which Richard H. Swartz and Mary L. Swartz granted and conveyed to Thomas E. Myers and Molly S. Myers, his wife and Robert J. Marsh, single man, by deed dated July 15, 1999 and recorded in theoffice of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book 203, Page 1000. Robert J. Marsh has since married Amy Marsh. Amy Marsh joins in this conveyance to relinquish any potential interest she may have in said transaction.
