1. I am the attorney for Plaintiff, Richard Fritz in the above-captioned case. On
February 28, 2011, I caused to be transmitted, by a form of mail requiring a signed receipt, a
copy of the Writ of Summons filed in this action to the following individual: Sherri Clionsky,
