Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of Robert Fisher, Executor of the Estate and under the
Last Will and Testament of John V. Shoemaker, III, Deceased, have been duly fileJd and advertised
according to law and rules of court, and that said Account was duly confirmed and Statement of Proposed
Distribution duly approved by this Court on March 1, 201 l; and it further appearing that said Executor has
proposed in said Statement of Proposed Distribution to distribute the remaining Decedent's real estate in
kind to Dianne Liberator in her individual capacity, as residual beneficiary under dhe above mentioned Las
Will and Testament; and said Court having decreed distribution in accordance with said Statement of
Proposed Distribution on March 1, 2011,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all right, title and interest of the said JOHN
V. SHOEMAKER, iII, Deceased, in and to the following described real estate is hereby awarded in fee
simple to DIANNE LIBERATOR:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the First Ward of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of East Penn Street, thence in a southerly
direction 90 feet, more or less, to a point; thence in a westerly direction 1$ '/~ feet, more or less, to
the line of property now or formerly of Donald E. & Catherine R. Calama~; thence in a northerly
direction and through the wall separating the property herein described add No. 168 East Penn
Street to the West thereof, 90 feet, more or less, to East Penn Street; thence in an easterly direction
by East Penn Street, 15 '/z feet, more or less, to the place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all the Decedent's right, title and interest in a walkway easement, 2 feet
8 inches wide, more or less, in width and extending 28 feet 3 inches ,more or less, in depth and
lying immediately adjacent to the eastern line hereof, and
TOGETHER with an easement of user of the existing sewer line $rom said dwelling house
through the premises at No. 168 East Penn Street to the public sewer line ~n East Penn Street.
BEING the same premises as conveyed by Elwood B. Shughart a~-d Joyce R. Shughart,
husband and wife, to John V. Shoemaker, III, the Decedent herein, by the~r deed dated August 30,
2002, recorded September 3, 2002 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds Hof Cumberland County i~
Deed Book 253, Page 2048. The said John V. Shoemaker, III, died testat$ June 1, 2006 and Letter
Testamentary were granted on June I, 2006 to Robert Fisher, the Executok aforesaid.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a certified copy of t>~is Decree shall be
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, among the
deeds recorded in said Office, said Decree to be indexed in the Grantor Index for heeds against the Estate
of JOHN V. SHOEMAKER, III, Deceased, and in the Grantee Index for Deeds to DIANNE LIBERATOR,
pursuant to the Section 3536 of the Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 I#a. C.S. 3536).
