Schedule A to Financing Statement
Description of Collateral
All of the Debtor's now owned or hereafter acquired, Accounts Receivable up to a maximum amount of
$1,350,000.00, and all cash and non-cash products and Proceeds thereof, and all returned, rejected, or
repossessed goods, the sale or lease of which shall have given or shall give rise to an Account and all cash
and non-cash products and Proceeds of all such goods.
As used herein, the following terms have the following meanings:
"Accounts Receivable" shall mean all of the Debtor's "Accounts Receivable", as that term is
defined in the Bond Documents including, without limitation, any and all right to payment for services
rendered or for goods sold or leased which is not evidenced by an instrument or chattel paper, whether or
not it has been earned by performance.
"Bond Documents" means that certain Loan and Trust Agreement dated as of December 1,
1996, among the Cumberland County Municipal Authority, Presbyterian Homes, Incorporated, and
Financial Trust Services Company, as Trustee, as the same may have been amended and supplemented
from time to time, together with all instruments and agreements issued, executed and delivered in
connection with said agreement from time to time.
"Proceeds" shall mean all "proceeds" as that term is defined under the UCC.
"UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted and in effect from time to time in
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
