ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~~~ day of Mazch, 2011 upon consideration of the Petition for Appointment of
an Emergency Plenary Guardian of the Person and Estate of Heinz Juhl pursuant to 20 P.S. Section 5513,
and following a hearing at which Heinz Juhl was present, and at which he was represented by court
appointed counsel, Michael A. Scherer ,Esquire, and at which evidence was presented by the Petitioner in
support of the Petition, and, based upon the foregoing, the Court finds:
That Heinz Juhl is an incapacitated person in that he suffers from a mental impairment
that prevents him from receiving and evaluating information effectively and prevents him from formulating
and communicating decisions to such a significant extent that he is unable to manage his financial affairs or
meet essential requirements for his physical health and safety on a daily basis, and is adjudicated as such.
The Court appoints the Cumberland County Aging and Community Services, in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as Emergency Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate of Heinz
Juhl and further orders that Cumberland County Aging and Community Services serve in that capacity until
a hearing is held on the appointment of Permanent Plenary Guazdians of the Person and Estate of Heinz
Juhl
The Emergency necessitating the filing of this Petition shall continue beyond seventy-two
(72) hours and, Esquire, counsel for Heinz Juhl, the alleged incapacitated person, does not object that this
Order shall be extended for twenty (20) days from the expiration of the initial Emergency Order.
