- ~~j RENUNCIATION AND DISCLAIMER
TANIlKY L. KARNS, granddaughter and residuary
legatee/beneficiary of Goldie A. Karns, the Decedent herein,
hereby states as follows:
1. Goldie A. Karns, the Decedent herein, died on July 15,
2010, a resident of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Goldie A. Karns, the Decedent herein, had executed a
Last Will and Testament dated February 27, 1986, and a Codicil
dated July 6, 2010, both of which were admitted to probate by
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and
Letters Testamentary thereon were granted to Robert A. Karns
and Ronald L. Karns, Co-Executors, on July 30, 2010.
3. In her Codicil as aforesaid, the said Decedent
designated me as a residuary legatee/beneficiary of her Estate.
4. I wish to renounce and disclaim my right, title,
interest and claim in and to her Estate as residuary legatee/
beneficiary or otherwise.
LAW OFFICES NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, as well

as in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 ($1.00) Dollar
and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid to me,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby
irrevocably release, disclaim, renounce and surrender my right,
title, interest and claim in and to any part of the Estate of
Goldie A. Karns as residuary legatee/beneficiary under her
aforesaid Will or Codicil, intestate heir or otherwise; and I
further remise, release and forever discharge Robert A. Karns
and Ronald L. Karns, Co-Executors as aforesaid, of and from my
rights to inherit any portion of the said Decedent's Estate as
residuary legatee/beneficiary under her Will or Codicil as
aforesaid, intestate heir or otherwise.
I understand and agree that this Renunciation and
Disclaimer may be filed with the Register of Wills/Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to
20 Pa.C.S. Section 6204.
