AND NOW, this 16th day of June, 2011, upon consideration of Plaintiff's Motion
for Recusal of the Honorable Judge J. Wesley Oler, Jr., and the Bench of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, which was not concurred in by Defendants, and
following a hearing held on June 16, 2011, and the undersigned judge being of the view
that it would be inappropriate for him to dispose of such a request as it applies to other
judges on the court, the motion is (a) denied as to the undersigned judge and (b) denied as
to the other members of the court, without prejudice to either party's right to address such
a motion to a particular individual judge if the party deems it appropriate.
