LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MARJORIE R. KERSHNER, of the of the Township of Susquehanna, County of
Dauphin, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound .and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and malting void all former wile anal~~odicils by me' at anytime heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently maybe done after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
,~-~ (~ real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, in equal shares unto my four (4)
~ ~~ children, namely, BRENDA K. TUBING, GABRIEL LUCISANO, GAIL T. GILLIS and
~~ II SHARON R. LUCISANO, share and share alike.
' ~ ~~ If any of said named persons should predecease me and leave lawful issue to
survive me, I order and direct that the distributive share otherwise attributable to any such
deceased beneficiary shall be distributed unto his or her issue per stirpes by representation and
not per capita, but subject to the protective trust provisions hereinbelow with respect to the
distributive. share of any beneficiary who has not attained the age of twenty-three (23) years at
the time of my death.
I order and direct that the foregoing share attributable to any beneficiary who has
not attained the age of twenty-three (23) years at the time of my death, shall be delivered unto
MELLON BANK, IN TRUST, NEVERTHELESS, for the ultimate use and benefit of the
beneficiary, but to hold, use, invest, accumulate income and reinvest, until the beneficiary attains
the age of twenty-three (23) years, at which latter time said trust shall be terminated and the
remaining balance thereof shall be distributed to the beneficiary absolutely. I authorize and
empower my said Trustee to expend uoi~t time to time such a,tnour~ls oz income ~iaior prii7cipai
which it may deem necessary and proper for the education of said beneficiary

"education" to mean and be construed as college or other post-highschool training which is
intended to improve the beneficiary's productivity as an adult or enhance the quality of his or her
life. The Trustee is authorized to use its professional discretion in investing the assets of this
trust in investments which are reasonably prudent and shall not be limited to statutory or so-
called legal investments. Any trust created hereunder shall be considered a spendthrift trust; the
beneficiary shall have no right to assign, pledge or otherwise transfer any portion of the trust
assets or income therefrom, nor shall any creditor, assignee or other transferee have the right to
enforce any claim against the assets of said trust or its income.
In the event that SEAN CHRISEMER shall be entitled to any distribution from
my Estate by reason of the prior death of his mother, Brenda K. Tusing, I order and direct that
his distributive share of my Estate (regardless of his age) shall be paid over and delivered unto
the above named Trustee in a separate trust, the income therefrom and the principal thereof to be
used, expended, consumed and applied from time to time in such amounts as said Trustee shall
determine in its discretion to be necessary and proper for the beneficiary's comfortable support,
care and xr~aintenance, and upcan the beneficiary' s death, to pay any remaining amounts in said
trust in equal shares unto his siblings, share and share alike, The foregoing provisions relating to
the Trustee's broad authority to invest trust assets and the spendthrift character of said trust shall
be equally applicable in the administration of this separate trust.
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, namely, GAIL T. GILLIS,
to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, but if for any reason she should fail to
qualify as such Executrix or cease so to serve, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
namely, SHARON R. LUCISANO, to be the Executrix hereof, each and both to serve without
bond or other security as a condition of qualification hereunder.
