ESTATE OF CHARLES E. DETWEILER, DECEASED
RENUNCIATION AND DISCLAIMER
JOHN BOLASH, friend and legatee/beneficiary of Charles E.
'iDetweiler, the Decedent herein, hereby states as follows:
1. Charles E. Detweiler, the Decedent herein, died on
January 27, 2011, a resident of Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Charles E. Detweiler, the Decedent herein, had
executed a Last Will and Testament dated March 10, 2006, which
was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland
'County, Pennsylvania, and Letters Testamentary thereon were
granted to Emily Burbage Russ Ipsen, Executrix, on February 3,
2011.
3. In his Last Will and Testament as aforesaid, the said
Decedent designated me as a legatee/beneficiary of his Estate.
4. I wish to renounce and disclaim my right, title,
interest and claim in and to his Estate as legatee/beneficiary
or otherwise.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, as well
~AWOFF~~ES II as in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 ($1.00) Dollar

and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid to me,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby
irrevocably release, disclaim, renounce and surrender my right,
title, interest and claim in and to any part of the Estate of
Charles E. Detweiler as legatee/beneficiary under his aforesaid
Will, intestate heir or otherwise; and I further remise,
release and forever discharge Emily Burbage Russ Ipsen,
Executrix as aforesaid, of and from my rights to inherit any
portion of the said Decedent's Estate as legatee/beneficiary
lunder his Will as aforesaid, intestate heir or otherwise.
I understand and agree that this Renunciation and
Disclaimer may be filed with the Register of Wills/Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to
20 Pa.C.S. Section 6204.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this Renunciation and
