NOTICE OF AUDITOR'S HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Auditor, Joseph D. Buckley, Esquire, appointed
by the Court has scheduled a hearing in the above-captioned estate and trusts created thereunder for
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 2 through 6, 2011 beginning at 8:30
A.M. and continuing until 4:30 P.M. each day. The first day of the hearing, May 2, 2011, will be
held in Side Room 203 in the Holland Building of Dickinson College, 28 North College Street,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The remaining days, May 3 through 6, 2011, the hearing will be held in the
Second Floor Hearing Room, Old Cumberland County Courthouse, corner of High and Hanover
Streets, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The Parties filing the objections shall within thirty (30) days of this notice provide counsel
for the Estate and Trusts created thereunder a list of witnesses to be called, a summary of the
evidence to be introduced through such witness together with a list of any and all exhibits to be
introduced at the hearing.
