Real Estate -All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected thereon a
dwelling house being known and numbered as 2 Wayne Circle, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
17011. The property was acquired by Glenn George Fertenbaugh and Jane
Fertenbaugh, his wife, by Deed date February 1, 1950 and recorded February 2, 1950 in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "H", Vol. 14, Page 236,
a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said Jane
Fertenbaugh died February 23, 1994, whereupon full and complete title to the within
described property became vested solely in Glenn George Fertenbaugh, a/k/a Glenn G.
Fertenbaugh, the decedent herein. The property was sold pursuant to an Agreement
of Sale for Real Estate dated January 26, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. Final Settlement took place on February 25, 2011. A copy of the
Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement Sheet, are
attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was
$50,000.00.
