NOW COMES the Petitioner, Elisabeth Turchi Smeltz, pro se and in support of her

NOW COMES the
furtherance of the above
Todd M. Sponseller, Esquire and for his testimony in the
cause does hereby state as follows:
1. I am an Attorney at Law having been admitted to practice by the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court on April 9, 201 and admitted to the Franklin County Bar on December 10,
2010.
2. In my capacity as a practicing attorney, I was retained by the Petitioner to assist
her in preparing the paperwork for the above captioned cause.
3. 54 Pa.C.S.A. § 7 1(a)(4)(ii)(B) requires the Petitioner to present the Court with
evidence that an official search for judgments, decrees of record or other similar matters has been
performed in each of the counties where the Petitioner has resided over the past five years.
4. The Petitioner

matters concerning the Petitioner within the Bergen County Superior Court's computer system.
8. Ms. Suszynski reported that there are no judgments, decrees or record or other
similar matters concerning the P titioner within the Bergen County Superior Court's computer
system, and that her name does of so appear in the Bergen County Superior Court's computer
system.
