Petitioner became well known under her maiden name and is retained, hired, contracted and continues to perform under her maiden name. Ms. Suszynski reported that there are no judgments, decrees or record or other similar matters concerning the P titioner within the Bergen County Superior Court's computer system, and that her name does of so appear in the Bergen County Superior Court's computer system.
