SHERIFF, widower, of North Middleton Township, (maihn ddres~ ~~ 531 Conodoguinet Avenue, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013), Cumberland County, Ps~nsylvania• ~;~ being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish at~; declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore made. 1. I direct my hereinafter named Executrix to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so. I direct that my funeral services be conducted by Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that my body be interred beside that of my wife on my burial lot located in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens along Ritner Highway near the Borough of Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 2. I give, devise .and bequeath my house and lot of ground at 531 Conodoguinet Avenue, in North Middleton Towns~tip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and all of the household goods and furnishings therein contained, including all kitchen and tableware and all blankets and linens, etc., to my daughter, Sherry L. Sheriff, so long as she shall desire to use and occupy the same, and also to my daughter, Jenny L. Sheriff Ali, so long as she shall desire to use and occupy the same, it being my expectation that both daughters and the survivor of them may choose to use and occupy the same so long as each of them lives, using and occupying the same jointly, and upon both of them becoming deceased or both of them electing in writing to no longer use and occupy the same, whichever shall first occur, then the same shall be disposed of as part of the reside of my estate as hereinafter provided. 3. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and including the remainder interest in the house and lot of ground known as 531 Conodoguinet Avenue, in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and the contents and furnishings thereof as set forth in paragraph number two above, I give, devise and bequeath as follows: a. The house and lot of ground at 531 Conodoguinet Avenue, in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, together with the household goods and furnishings therein contained including kitchen and tableware and all blankets and linens, etc., remaining after the deaths or termination of occupancies by Sherry L. Sheriff and Jenny L. Sheriff Ali, as provided in paragraph number two above, shall be sold or divided by my hereinafter named Executrix or her successor, equally between my daughter, Kelly J. Koser and my daughter, Jenny L. Sheriff Ali, their heirs and assigns, provided each of them shall be living at the time both Sherry L. Sheriff and Jenny L. Sheriff Ali have ceased to occupy the same as set forth in paragraph two above, but should either of them be then deceased, then the share such deceased daughter would have been entitled to receive shall be paid to her then living issue per stirpes, and if there be no such issue then the same shall be paid to the other daughter or her then living issue, per stirpes, as the case may be. b. The balance thereof shall be paid 2/3 to my daughter, Kelly J. Koser, her heirs and assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days but should she fail to so survive me then to such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, their heirs and assigns, per stirpes, but should there be no such issue then the same shall be added to the share of my daughter, Jenny L. Sheriff Ali, her heirs and assigns, per stirpes. The other 1/3 shall be paid to my daughter, Jenny L. Sheriff Ali, her heirs and assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days but should she fail to so survive me then to such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, their heirs and assigns, per stirpes, but should there be no such issue then the same shall be added to the share of my daughter, Kelly J. Koser, her heirs and assigns, per stirpes. 4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Kelly J. Koser, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, but should she predecease me or fail to qualify or cease serving as such, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint Jenny L. Sheriff Ali as alternate or successor Executrix, but should both of them fail to qualify or cease serving as such, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint the persons who would be entitled to receive distribution of the assets of my estate as alternate or successor Executors, and I further direct that none of them shall be required to post any bond to secure the faithful performance of his or her duties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction. ~-~.~a Q .
