I, ELIZABETH D. SNOVER, being duly sworn according to law, upon his oath, deposes and says:
1. I am counsel for Petitioner Daren D. Anderson in the above matter.
2. On the 25th day of January, 2011, I personally served upon Lewie B. Anderson at the Golden
Living Center, 770 Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and offered to read to him the Petition to
adjudicate him to be incompetent and to appoint a guardian for his person and his estate, the Citation issued
pursuant thereto by the Clerk of the Orphans' Court, and the Preliminary Decree scheduling a hearing.
