AND NOW, this ~ ~~ day of March, 2011, upon consideration of the within Motion to
Establish Proper Distributee, it is ordered and directed that a hearing on said Motion will be held
on the ~d ~'~ day of C.~~I~/~-`~ , 2011, at !/- /,S o'clock ~c .m., E.D.S.T., in
Court Room No. 1 of the Cumberland County Court House at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the
purposes of determining the proper distributee of the bequest in Item Fifth of the Last Will and
Testament of John V. Shoemaker, III, deceased.
Notice of said hearing shall be given by regular first-class mail to all persons known to
have an interest in said bequest. Further, notice shall be given by Executor to Donna Hoffman
and Diane Auxer Shoemaker by publication one (1) time in the Cumberland Law Journal and in
a newspaper of general circulation in Cumberland County. Said notices shall be mailed and
published not less than (~ days prior to said hearing.
