The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Robert H. Barrett and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 134-136 E.
High Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 134-136 E. High Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 204.93,
together with interest sec. le.q. from October 31, 2000, the date of completion of
the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 134 E. High Street on
July 11, 2001. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the
charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act
of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Section
46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter
223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

BEGINNING at a point on the South side of East High Street at corner of property of
John Miller; thence along the said Miller line Southerly 240 feet to the line of
Liberty Avenue; thence Easterly along the line of said Liberty Avenue 20.4 feet, more
or less, to a point midway between the garages; thence Northerly along said line
midway between the garages and land of Charles R. Todd, et al., 27 feet to a corner
of the lots between the said Charles R. Todd, et al., and Percy A, Weigle and wife;
thence Easterly along said lot 6.g feet to another corner between the lands of the
said Charles R. Todd, et al., and Percy A. Weigle and wife; thence Northerly along
other land of Charles R. Todd, et al., 213 feet, ~re or less, to the Southerly line
of East High Street; thence Westerly along the said Southerly line of East HigH
Street, 27.3 feet, more or less, to the line of the land of said Miller, the Place
of BEGINNING.

page 533 granted and conveyed unto Milo F. Stambaugh, Grantor herein.
