I, WREATHA FETTEROLF, of the Borough of Shiremanstown,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deolare this to be my Last
Will and revoke any Will previously made by me.
Item 1: I bequeath my Barbie doll oolleotion to my
granddaughter, Jasmynn Fetterolf, daughter of my son, Raymond
H. Fetterolf.
Item 2: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate
of every nature and wheresoever situate, together with
insuranae thereon, to my husband, DONALD L. BITNER, SR.,
providing he shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
Item 3: Should my husband, DONALD L. BITNER, SR.,
predeaease me or die on or before the thirtieth (30th) day
following my death, I devise and bequeath all of my estate of
every nature and wheresoever situate, together with insuranoe
thereon, in equal shares, to the following individuals or to
the survivor of them:
A. Debra A. Fetterolf, 311 West Green Street,

B. Marion M. Ulrioh, Marysville, Pennsylvania
C. Miohael E. Fetterolf, York, Pennsylvania

I order and direot that distribution shall be on the
basis of per aapita and not per stirpes.
Item ~: I direct that each of my beneficiaries shall
have the right to retrieve any items of personal property
which they have given to me and my personal representative is
authorized to make distribution in kind in such manner as he
or she may determine and at valuations finally fixed by him or
her.
Item 5: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate
as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
Item 6: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as possible after my demise.
Item 7: I appoint my husband, DONALD L. BITNER, SR.,
Executor of this my Last Will. Should my husband, DONALD L.
BITNER, SR., fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I
appoint as Co-Executors DEBRA A. FETTEROLF and DARYL E. BITNER
or the survivor of them..
Item 8: I direct that my personal representative, or
their successors, shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
