L On February 21, 2000, the Honorable George E. Hoffer, P.J. sig�ed an Opinion
and Ordec in this mattcr adjudicating Joseph R. Brown an incompetent and appointing Vanessa
Lcc Brown,his wiCe, as his plenary guardian. A hue and correct copy of the Febmary 2l, 2000
Opinion and Order is attachcd 6ereto as Axhibit"A"and is inco�porated herein by reference.
2. The Order of Fcbmary 21, 2000 is still in full Co�cc and effect having never been
modified. amendcd or�escinded.
3. Real property owned joiotly by Joseph R Brown and Vanessa Lcc Brown, as
husband and wife is unde�cont�act to bc sold on Septembec 3Q 2015.
4. A copy of the Agreement of Sale is attached hereto as Gshibit`B" and is
incorpora[ed herein by refeTenec.
5, The title insurer for the qrospecNve purchaser has demanded that an Order be
ob[ained permitting Vanessa Lee Brown to sell the interest of Joseph K. Brown in the real
prope�ty.
