The Plaintiff, LEASECOMM CORPORA nON, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, having its principal office and place of business at 10 M Commerce Way, Woburn, Massachusetts 0 I 80 I. 2. The Defendant, WAYNE GIBSON, Personal Guarantor for Gibsonian Enterprises, is an adult individual, residing with an address of 428 Jennifer Drive, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070-3040. 3. The Defendant, GIBSONIAN ENTERPRISES, is a sole proprietorship with an office and place of business at 428 Jennifer Drive, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17070-3040. 4. On or about December 16,2001,200 I, Defendant, Gibsonian Enterprises, did enter into a written commercial Non Cancellable Commercial Lease Agreement and Personal Guaranty for the lease and future purchase of certain business equipment. A true and correct copy of said Non-Cancellable Commercial Lease Agreement is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
