one of its principals, who files the following complaint:
I. Plaintiff is ROJO Ventures, a limited liability partnership, with principal business address of
6014 Whitney Court, Landenberg, pennsylvania.
2. Defendants are Wesley Fry and Tammy Fry, husband .and wife, presently residing at 135 East
Creek Road, Newburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. · park" which
3. Plaintiff is the owner of a mobile home park known as "Town Mills Mobile Home
is located in Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. the
4. Defendants previously rented Lot #17 within said Town Mills Mobile Home Park from
Plaintiff on an oral month-to-month basis at a monthly rental of Two Hundred Ten Dollars
($210.00) per month from January 1, 1998 until March, 2001. during the end of March, 2001.
5. Defendants vacated the premises and removed their mobile home per
6. Defendants have failed to pay the agreed upon rental of Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($210.00)
month for the months of February and March, 2001.
7. Plaintiff has made repeated demands for the unpaid rental in question to the Defendants but to no
avail.
